The heart of Yoga is practice. The Vijnana Yoga Practice Manual outlines in large part the weekly sequence of daily practices that international yoga teacher Dona Holleman personally practiced with B.K.S Iyengar in the 1960s and later transmitted to Orit Sen-Gupta.
